How to use FTP with Garner Printing

"File Transfer Protocol" is an industry standard for electronic job submission and file transfers. By using either a web browser or specialized FTP software you're now able to submit your jobs directly to a personalized FTP site.

Just contact your sales representative to set up your own FTP folder on our server site. After the site is completed use one of the following FTP software programs to upload or download files. If you are using a Macintosh system we recommend using Anarchie or Fetch. If you are using a Windows system we recommend using WSFTP, SmartFTP or Bullet Proof FTP.

Use the links below to download the above mentioned software programs.

It's as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Once you have placed an order call us at 800-747-2171 and ask for your sales representative and we will set up a temporary folder on our FTP site for you to access.

2. We will send you a detailed document that will explain your login and password to access your folder.

3. You can use FTP software (see a small list below if you do not have a FTP program) to transfer files and jobs in and out of your folder.

If you do not have a FTP program click on one of the following FTP programs to acquire them.
